Where Are We?

Apart from the meta-physical ramifications of such a cosmic question, the OFC meetings are held every last Monday of the month at the Okotoks Air Ranch Hangar at 19:30.

The meeting room is on the first floor of the main building, in the Ground School classroom.

Okotoks

Head north on Southridge/Northridge Drive up the hill past the Superstore. Turn right on Milligan Drive and head east to 32nd Street.

Keep heading east for 0.9km/0.5mi and you will enter the Air Ranch residential development.

Follow the curve around and watch for the aerodrome hangar (a big white building) on the right!

Coming from Calgary:

Drive south of Calgary on Hwy 2 to the Hwy 2A/552 interchange (aka the 'first' Okotoks turnoff). Turn west, heading on Hwy 2A South.

Drive south on 2A to the first traffic light and turn left (east). The speed limit turns to 60kmh just before this light. The sign for the Okotoks Airport should be just prior to this intersection.

Head east for 1.65km/1mi and turn right (south). There should be an Airport sign just before this intersection. You see a church on your left as you head south.

Heading south, drive for for 1.65km/1mi and turn left (east) at Milligan Drive. A new 7-11 store is on this corner.

Heading east for 0.9km/0.5mi and you will enter the Air Ranch residential development. Follow the curve around and watch for the aerodrome hangar (a big white building) on the right!

From the South:

Drive north on Hwy 2 to the Hwy 2/547 intersection (aka the south Okotoks turnoff). Continue north for another 6.1km/3.8mi and turn left (west).

Heading west, drive for 3.2km/2mi and turn left (south).

Heading south, drive for for 1.65km/1mi and turn left (east) at Milligan Drive. A new 7-11 store is on this corner.

Heading east for 0.9km/0.5mi and you will enter the Air Ranch residential development. Follow the curve around and watch for the aerodrome hangar (a big white building) on the right!
